All of the prices and terms & conditions for our motor home rentals can be found on our website. Use the Rent Today Form to receive a quote from one of our Rental Representatives.

The daily rental rate includes 100 kilometers per day and any additional kilometers are .37 cents each.  Kilometer packages may also be purchase up to and/or on the day of pick up at a cost of $160.00 (plus tax) for 500 kilometers.

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your rental charges.  The balance of your rental is due at least 30 days prior to the pick up date.  On the day of the pick up we require a cleaning deposit of $150.00 and a $500.00 pre-authorized security deposit. If your reservation does not include our CDR/VIP Insurance, the security deposit will be $5000. Deposit can be made with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card.  Cheques, prepaid credit cards and ATM cards are NOT accepted for deposits. Deposits are refundable upon vehicle check-in if it has been returned: on time, un-damaged, clean, equipment complete, holding tanks empty and gas tank full. Deposits will be refunded in the same way they were given.

Yes. The generator charge is $5 per hour. You can save on this expense by staying in locations that have electrical hookups and not leaving the generator running when you are not in the vehicle. Please note that not all vehicles are equipped with a generator

The renter and nominated drivers must hold and produce driver’s licenses valid for the period covered by the rental.  Visitors to Canada may use valid licenses from the country of their residence or a current International Driver’s License.  Those under 25 years of age or over 75 years of age may not drive without special permission from the rental station

Motorhome pick ups are done between 10:00-12:00, Monday through Saturday (Sunday closed).

Motorhomes, handle much like a car, especially the "B"class which has a van chassis.

No. Time will be spent to acquaint the renter with the use and operation of the vehicle. This will cover all aspects necessary for the enjoyment of a recreational vehicle. If required, a test drive will also be given

Leveling blocks are included in the vehicle.

There is tax on the rental charges and any kits you order. The generator fee is $5 per hour and will be collected upon return of the rental. You will also be asked to pay fuel and cleaning/dumping deposits at the time of pick-up.

There is an AM/FM radio with a  CD player in the dash. Televisions with built in DVD players are available for rent for $70.00 (subject to availability, please reserve in advance).

No.  You may wish to bring your own canopy or request shaded sites at campgrounds.

No, Animals are NOT permitted in our vehicles. There will be a minimum fine of $150 if you carry a pet in your rented vehicle.

The staff at the rental centre will be glad to direct you to the closest shopping centre, fueling facilities and waste treatment centre.

Yes.  Please bring a spare key if you wish to do so.

You must travel roundtrip; we do NOT take one-way reservations.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that security and cleaning deposits MUST be made with a credit card.

No, we do not allow towing.

Campground rates vary based on time of year and what facilities they offer. Generally you can expect to pay between $10 and $50 per night.  Please note that a daily entrance fee may be applicable depending on the park/campground.

Campgrounds may offer electric, water, sewer hook-ups, washrooms, showers, washer, dryer, swimming pool, playground, BBQ pits, on-site convenience store.  Most provincial parks only offer electrical or non-electrical sites.

No refunds will be made for early returns or late pick ups.

Vehicles must be returned between 8am – 10am on the final day (Saturdays between 9-10).  A rate of $50/hour will be charged for each hour overdue.   Please contact our office if you will be late.

No we do not have car seats available for rent but we do have bed rails available for rent.  Please book bed rails in advance as numbers are limited.

No, we do not recommend this. It is difficult to know if the water is potable when you fill the tank at a variety of locations. We recommend you use bottled water for drinking and cooking. The water from the tank is fine for washing and bathing.

You must Owasco RV within 24 hours of an accident and make a full report in writing as well as file a police report.

Owasco RV provides a toll free 24 hour road side assistant number to all customers. All repairs in excess of $75 must have prior approval from our customer service department.

Yes there are bike racks available for rent at a charge of $2.00 per day with a maximum charge of $30.00.  These must be reserved in advance as numbers are limited.

Yes, between 9:30am – 12pm; pick up from any airport hotel. Drop off at airport/airport hotel. Monday transfers are also from/to downtown hotels. Customers must contact us at least 1 day prior to pick up to arrange time.
