RV Rental Process

Sample RV Rental Procedure:

For your convenience below is a very brief outline of the Owasco RV Rental procedure. The RV rental procedure is very simple and streamlined to ensure you get the most time for your motorhome vacation. Not all terms and guidelines are listed below. So be sure to contact one of our representatives for more details. Upon motorhome or camper van pickup all terms and conditions will be covered.

Client Requirements:

• Renter (contract signer) must be at least 25 years of age and in possession of valid identification and must include valid G Driver’s License Status and passport (international rentals only)
• Additional drivers must be present at pick up of the rental RV, motorhome, campervan or passenger van. They must be at least 25 years of age with a valid G Divers Driver’s License Status and identification and sign the motorhome rental (camper) agreement. There is no charge for additional drivers.
• A major credit card (not ATM/debit cards) with available credit is required for the Security Deposit and all charges paid at the counter. The credit card must be issued to the signer or co-signer of the contract.

Transfer Procedures:

• Transfer (if paid for): Monday-Saturday from Toronto airport hotels; to Toronto airport hotels and to Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal or to/from York Mills Subway Station, Monday ONLY downtown pick up also available
• Motorhome and Campervan pick up in Whitby ONLY.

Motorhome Pick-up:

Motorhomes and Campers may be collected at our dealership from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am and 3pm local time. Please allow 1-2 hours for paperwork completion, explanation of motorhome and instructions on the rental procedure and guidelines.

Motorhome Return Time:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 10 noon, Saturdays 9:00am to 10:00am (inspection ready). Sufficient time should be allowed for packing suitcases and cleaning vehicles. There will be a $50 charge per hour if the vehicle is overdue without prior permission.
